What we collect

We collect your email and login details, profile details such as your name, username, photo, bio, location and links, and the races you add.

What is public

Your profile details and any race that is not marked private are public at nextrace.link/your-username. Anything you publish there can be seen and shared by anyone.

What stays private

Private races, private notes, private goals, and results you have chosen to hide are visible only to you and are not sent to public pages.

An optional private gender field is used only to suggest Hyrox categories and is never shown publicly.

Photos

Profile photos are stored privately and shown through temporary links.

Your control

You can edit your profile or delete your account and all its data from Settings at any time. You can also email nextracelink@gmail.com to request deletion.

Partners and invitations

If you add a partner by email, we store their email and name to send one invitation and match their account if they sign up. Registered partners receive a copy of the race on their profile, which they can delete at any time.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers for hosting, storage and sign-in, including Google sign-in if you choose it.

To fix problems, we automatically record technical error details (the page, your browser type, and your user id if signed in) and never your notes, goals, or passwords.
